My daughter turned four and a half yesterday. What a wonderful excuse for cupcakes. Chocolate cupcakes, made from scratch, with chocolate buttercream piped on top. These were, honestly, the best cupcakes I've ever eaten. I can say that because my daughter did most of the work making them. This is the essence of homemade.
